Shadowplay shows up in the static between stations. We pick them up most reliably at low tide. They're loud. They're not friendly. The first track we recovered was already six minutes old when it started.
Indie grunge that doesn't apologise for being loud. Distortion as architecture. Vocals that sound like they were tracked through a wall. If you grew up on the cassettes that got passed around until the print wore off the spine, you already know this band.
They never tour. They never break character. We sign them anyway.
